Welcome to day 21-23 of 365 Kindness!
The first story I want to show is a man who turned a regret into 1000 acts of kindness. This is so inspiring to me and makes me want to do the same. You could also even do 1000 acts of kindness to yourself, when you have a big goal like losing over 100lbs or even losing 10lbs you need those 1000 acts of kindness to yourself and sometimes it's not easy.
More information on this guys story and some of his acts of kindness can be found here.
The second story to show is a lovely story of kindness in Newfoundland Canada. They had 93cm of snow in one day in some places and declared a state of emergency. I love how this story showcases communities coming together it's wonderful and something which needs to be done more. You don't need emergencies to come together and know and help your neighbors.
Full story can be found here.
The last story for today is not as much a story but an amazing contest which I think there should be more of! It's a contest where teens pitch ideas for kindness projects and get funding to make those programs a reality.
Full story and information can be found here.
That's it for today.
Love and Light to you all and until tomorrow.
