I heard on the radio this morning that today is "Blue Monday" while I am feeling kind of blue today I don't think I believe in Blue Monday. In fact studies show that Blue Monday is not a thing.
Why not use this "Blue" Monday to do some good and/or take care of yourself? This is what people in the article below are doing. They article showcases people doing good deeds this "Blue Monday" and also taking it as an opportunity to talk about mental health.
