I feel like the fact we are already 3 days into the new year is a bit mind boggling. I don't regret day 1 and 2 but wow time seems to be flying lately.
Something which has been on my mind, and probably is one the mind of quite a few other people, is going back to work or back to school. For most of us here where I live people are either already back at work or will be in 2-3 days. I know when I went to school it was an anxiety inducing concept. I hated school (even though of course I know how important it is), even in university the concept of going back filled me with dread and nausea
Now that I work full time I actually don't feel the same dread. I like the people I work with and I am enjoying my job as well. I won't lie, I will miss my extra free time but overall not nausea, no dread or any of those huge and oppressing feelings.
The story I will share today is something I wish was done more of. It's about a principal in Edmonton Canada who transformed his office from something which is traditionally imposing and a sign of power and influence to something which encourages children to come in and talk about their concerns. A safe spot to talk about sometimes uncomfortable topics.
I mean look at this!

Love and Light to you all and until tomorrow.
